Chapter 1 of 8
Getting started
The Exchange section in your PayerPay account lets you convert between regular (fiat) currency and cryptocurrency. Two directions are available.

You send a bank transfer and receive cryptocurrency to your personal wallet in PayerPay.
Sell cryptocurrency Crypto → Fiat
You enter the recipient’s bank details and receive a payout in fiat currency.
What to do before your first exchange
Activate your crypto walletsThe Crypto Wallets section — see chapter 2.

⚠️
Important rule. Purchased cryptocurrency is credited only to your personal wallet in PayerPay — not to an external wallet directly. From there you can withdraw it anywhere, at any time.
Chapter 2 of 8
Crypto wallets
The Crypto Wallets section is used to activate your crypto wallets. This is where the exchange begins — purchased crypto is credited to these wallets, and crypto is sent from them when you sell.
How to activate a wallet
Open the My deposit wallets blockOn first entry, the system offers to select and activate the wallets you need.
Click GetNext to the cryptocurrency and network you need.
The wallet appears in the listWith fields: Currency, Network, Deposit address (your personal address) and Created (date). The Copy button copies the address.

What the wallet is used for

⚠️
Mind the network. You can only send cryptocurrency on the network specified for the wallet. For example, if the wallet is opened as USDC-SOL, use the Solana network. Sending via the wrong network can result in loss of funds.

Security and rules
Check these points before confirming any operation — they protect your funds.
Checklist before confirming
Check that the currency pair is correct.
Check that the blockchain network is correct.
Make sure the required crypto wallet is activated in the Crypto Wallets section.
Check the Receiving address — it must be your personal wallet in PayerPay.
Check the bank details and that the recipient’s name matches the account holder.
Check the amount, exchange rate and payment reference.
Do not use the wrong blockchain network — it can lead to loss of funds.
Rules and AML/KYC
Payments are allowed only from your own account (for individuals). P2P trading is prohibited. PayerPay may delay, decline, freeze an operation or request additional information where there are signs of fraud, third-party control, sanctions or AML risk.
🛡️
Fraud protection. Do not perform an exchange or transfer if you are being pressured, rushed, promised “guaranteed profit”, asked to pay urgently, to “unlock” funds or to send money to an unverified person. Crypto transactions can be irreversible. If you are unsure an operation is legitimate — do not continue and contact PayerPay support before confirming.
